Tulum is aslo a coastline full of resorts, where you can enjoy snorkling and scuba diving. Below pictures are taken from Barcelo Maya Resort beach, which is know for its very beautiful part of Tulum Beach. I personnaly do not recommand all inclusive resorts and would better go for a boutique hotel, but budget is not the same !
